Forsbergs Fritidscenter , the Nordic region's largest motorhome and caravan dealer, is now part of the KVD group and has seven centers around the country. At these centers there are a number of company cars that are all used for different purposes. We asked Emelie Ekborg Mattsson, system manager at Forsbergs, how it went when they went from a messy Excel document to order in a customized tool.

- We had difficulty keeping track of our company cars around the country. And then we won't even talk about how clever it is to keep track of all meter readings and associated documents, says Emelie Ekborg Mattsson.

Need to collect everything

By keying in our organization number in the Fleet Manager tool, we quickly and easily got all our cars in one place. Then we could add notes about, among other things, which center the car belongs to and the car's area of use. In this way, we could keep track of which cars are "pool cars" and which are service cars, says Emelie Ekborg Mattsson.

Forsberg's best tips for Fleet Managers:

• We digitally collect the documents connected to the car, for example leasing agreements and warranty certificates

• By asking the driver to take a picture of his meter reading, and uploading it into the tool, we can see all the cars' respective meter readings

• We easily keep track of the latest inspection date, something that greatly facilitates our employees in the workshops.

• We make notes on cars when it's time to sell and then we can start a sale with the push of a button.

• Bonus! I, who work with various reports, benefit greatly from Fleet Manager before, for example, the annual sustainability report, Emelie says with a laugh.
