Buying out the company's cars - that's how you do it correctly

When an employee wants to buy out their company or benefit car, a valuation certificate carried out by a valuer appointed by the Chamber of Commerce should be included. Partly because the residual value to be paid to the lessor must be correct and partly because the transaction must be carried out in accordance with the Tax Authority's regulations.

That the valuation is done in this way and thus is correct from a tax point of view is a matter of course included when you use Bilpriser's buyout service.

In connection with the buyout, the car is transferred to Kvdbil, so that the employee buys the car from Kvdbil instead of you as a company. This means that the buyer gets access to Kvdbil's services and that the purchase is covered by a three-year right of complaint through the Consumer Purchase Act.
